Welcome to the Advanced Group, based in Mystic, Connecticut, where we take pride in our journey from humble beginnings to becoming a reputable name in the construction and remodeling industry.

Our Roots
Formerly known as Advanced Improvements, Advanced Group, LLC found its inception in 2002 within the picturesque enterprise region of Eastern Connecticut. From the outset, our focus was clear – to deliver excellence in construction services, with a specialization in new home construction, residential and commercial remodeling, and renovation work. Our founder, David Preka, embarked on this journey with a small crew and a vision to transform spaces and exceed expectations.

A Solid Foundation
In our early years, our efforts primarily centered around residential renovations and remodeling. With dedication and determination, we quickly garnered a reputation for our meticulous craftsmanship and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. As we gradually expanded, so did the scale of our projects and the size of our teams. What began as small repairs and renovations grew into full-fledged new construction builds, large-scale commercial endeavors, and transformative remodeling ventures.

Putting Customers First
Throughout our evolution, one thing remained constant – our focus on exceptional customer service. David Preka and his team consistently prioritize the needs and desires of our clients, earning trust and loyalty along the way. Today, our workforce comprises more than 40 skilled contractors and administrators, collaborating seamlessly with over 60 trusted subcontractors. With a track record of serving over 4,700 satisfied customers, we stand as a testament to the power of putting customers at the heart of everything we do.

Expansion and Expertise
Proudly licensed in Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Fishers Island in New York, Advanced Group has grown beyond its origins while staying rooted in excellence. Our headquarters, situated in the historic downtown Mystic, bears witness to our understanding of history’s value. Our showroom office reflects our commitment to preserving the charm and essence of New England. The design harmonizes with the surrounding area, showcasing our appreciation for the heritage that enriches our surroundings.

A Vision for Tomorrow
As we look forward, our mission remains steadfast – to provide impeccable customer service, maintain unwavering attention to detail, and give back to the community that has supported us throughout the years. From coastal work that embraces the beauty of our surroundings to historical preservation that honors our shared past, every project we undertake is infused with our passion and expertise.
