Through the State of Connecticut, we are also a Prequalified Construction Contractor for the Department of Administrative Services Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery, a Certified Small Business Enterprise, and we are a Certified Small Business Enterprise through the Supplier Diversity Program. In addition to all of our certifications and licenses, we are also fully insured with Bouvier Insurance for $2 million as well as Colonial Surety Company for suretyship in excess of $2 million single job and excess of $5 million in aggregate.

We are a General Contracting firm, specializing in new home construction, commercial and residential remodeling, and renovation work. We pride ourselves on our customer satisfaction, so we offer a one-year labor warranty in addition to multiple material warranties.

We set the industry standard by utilizing BuilderTrend, a collaborative software program that allows us to store your job-related documents, communicate with our clients daily and track the progress of your job from start to finish. BuilderTrend features include tracking capability of photos, calendars, and selections. In addition, the software has payment options, and daily logs to communicate with our clients. A great feature for customers that are not at the property full time.
