On waterfront property strict No-Hammer laws must be followed, along with Coastal Area Management (CAM),  Flood, FEMA, & Hurricane Compliance rules in order to transform your home into the design you imagine. Advanced Group can guide you through this process from working with your civil engineer to complete your flood certificate, to working with your town officials. We incorporate compliant materials into your home such as pilings and flood vents, all to successfully build and retro fit your beautiful, luxurious home.
